A trial training is a regular 90-minute workout at the agreed time and in a group. We would like you to get to know our community, the trainer, the training structure, the exercises, the facility. The trainer will check how well you fit into our community, into the given group. There are no tests. Everyone does the exercises at their own pace. If you get tired, you can take a short drink break and then continue the workout. Bring sports shoes, shorts, a dark blue T-shirt and a bottle of water. We will ensure a good mood and fatigue. Our trial workout is free. At the end of the workout, you will discuss with the trainer whether you want to join. If you join, you will receive detailed information about our internal operations (e.g. ordering clothes, registering for events).

All our training sessions are 90 minutes long, consisting of the following: - warm-up without a ball and/or with a ball - stretching - 1-2 exercises that meet the training goal - match play - cool-down running and stretching Our coaches plan each training session in writing and then evaluate it. We consider it important to provide professional quality training sessions for all our groups. The average number of people in our training sessions is 14-18. We hold our training sessions all year round, except for the Christmas break.

As a recreational club, we do not have a minimum training attendance requirement. Of course, we are happy and it is in our common interest that all of our players participate in as many training sessions as possible. Unfortunately, it is part of the daily grind that our players miss a few training sessions due to family or work commitments.

Yes, you can. We have structured our groups in such a way that from beginner level to competition, our players have the opportunity to change groups according to their development. We regularly talk about our players in our coaching meetings. It is important that everyone is placed in a group that suits her skills. If someone has improved a lot, we offer her to move to the next group. The player decides whether she wants to live with this. If not, she continues her training in her current group.

For our recreational group players, weekend football is always optional. We usually organize such weekend football once a month. The player decides whether she would like to participate in the next fun football (typically an informal match game between 2 teams - distributed locally) or an internal tournament (a round-robin tournament with 4-6 teams, the implementation and assignment of the teams are done by the coaches). Our goal for our competitive group is to maximize performance, so we enter them in the adult regional futsal championship every year.

We organize several community programs throughout the year. - Amazon Family Day, when we can exercise with our relatives, friends, and loved ones for a few hours, and when we can celebrate the birthday of our sports club with a cake - Amazon Camp, which is a 3-day long weekend with training and programs - Amazon Night Soccer, so that we can get some exercise while avoiding the summer heat - Amazon Christmas Dinner, where we can close our calendar year with both our youth and adult players and present our Amazon Player of the Year awards In addition to the above, our groups also organize separate team-building programs.
